50 Recommended Biblical Worldview Books
Following are 50 books to equip people in a Biblical worldview in order to enable them to most effectively disciple the nations, to impact society with Biblical truth.
There are many other excellent books, for both youth and adults, which will prepare God’s people to be watchmen on the walls and to know how to bring God’s kingdom to earth as it is in heaven. A list of these can be found in the booklet we publish, “Loving God with All Our Minds – Books and Films to Encourage, Inspire, and Equip in a Biblical Worldview.” (See our online store to order this.) This booklet contains picture books, books to read aloud in your home, literature lists for students of all ages, and biographies, histories, primary sources, Christian education and biblical worldview books for adults.
Please note that we are assuming the Christian is already grounded in the fundamentals of the faith and understands the basic doctrines necessary to be a mature believer; thus, we have listed only a few books dealing with the personal nature of the Christian faith.
You will notice that many books on the list are those published by the Providence Foundation. We list these books because we culled deep truths from many excellent primary sources and reduced them to be most easily understood. Thus, examining the bibliographies of our books will give you many other sources to study. (These can be ordered from our online store.)
We have also included numerous biographies of influential Christian people. The best way to learn history, and hence of God’s plan and purpose for man, is by studying men that God has prepared and used to advance His Kingdom in the earth.
